The installation and maintenance of the Bus-bar box is very quick and simple, only need to buckle the two ends together to complete the installation, suitable for on-site emergency maintenance and temporary insulation protection.

The use of Bus-bar box effectively eliminates the common small animal short circuit fault in substation, and prevents the occurrence of pollution flashover and condensation flashover; Effectively prevent salt fog and other harmful chemical gases to the bus-bar corrosion; Prevent electrical faults caused by foreign bodies; Prevent electrical fault of overvoltage caused by single phase to ground short circuit; Bus-bar box can also effectively prevent icicles, snow caused by the discharge fault, to prevent the point of bare line row caused by casualties.

The Bus-bar box installation is also very simple. First cover the heat shrinkable tube of the bus-bar on the copper bar, use a hot air gun to heat and shrink, and then use screws to fix the two copper bars; Prepare the corresponding specifications of the Bus-bar box, set on the copper bar to be protected; Fix the Bus-bar box and thoroughly wrap the copper bar parts to be protected.

In order to achieve the appropriate shrinkage and installation speed, choose a reasonable size of the bus-bar heat shrinkable tube, slightly larger than the copper bar. The selection specifications of the Bus-bar box and the bus-bar heat shrinkable tube corresponding; The lap connection between the copper bars should be firm, and the phenomenon of loosening should not occur.
